MTNR1B and postoperative delirium

Prospective collection of intraoperative and postoperative course of patients undergoing aortic valve and root surgery. Prospective assessment of SNP associated with brain injury. Retrospective assessment of delirium in these patients.本数据集前瞻性收集接受主动脉瓣及根部手术患者的术中及术后病程信息；对与脑损伤相关的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）进行前瞻性评估；并针对该类患者的谵妄情况开展回顾性评估。
