The goals of WGS (Whole Genome Sequencing) analysis in TJ46 cells derived from a GBM primary tissue to obtain information on the genetic alterations that characterize this model. Sequencing libraries were prepared using the NEBNext DNA Library Prep Master Mix Set (Illumina) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The libraries were paired-end sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (Annoroad Gene Technology Beijing Co. Ltd.).
