Pandanus Plastome Phylogenetics Project. Pandanus, with Sararanga and Freycinetia as outgroups

We aim (i) to build a plastome phylogenetic inference of Pandanus to test subgeneric monophyly and describe phylogenetic clustering in light of morphological features and biogeography, and (ii) to identify potential wild relatives of economically-important species.
