This dataset includes the mapping evolutionary paradigm of Oropouche virus driven by dinucleotide bias and context-dependent codon bias. Given the substantial public health burden associated with various arthropod-borne viral pathogens, evolutionary studies of arboviruses can contribute to the development of novel molecular diagnostics and inform the design of potential vaccines. Oropouche virus (OROV), a relatively understudied arbovirus, has garnered attention for its evolutionary dynamics related to variations in nucleotide composition.
