Replication Data for: Comparative performance of WANTAI ELISA for total immunoglobulin to receptor binding protein and an ELISA for IgG to spike protein in detecting SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in Kenyan populations

This is a replication dataset for the publication: \"Comparative performance of WANTAI ELISA for total immunoglobulin to receptor binding protein and an ELISA for IgG to spike protein in detecting SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in Kenyan populations.\" The dataset used in this study included serum samples collected in 2018 in coastal Kenya from adults for investigations of blood transfusion safety or malaria cross-sectional surveys, serum samples collcted in 2020 Kenya-wide from adults investigated for SARS-CoV-2 infection and serum samples colected in 2021 Kenya-wide from adults investigated for blood transfusion. All the serum samples were assayed on an inhouse ELISA (KWTRP) and a commercial ELISA (Wantai) and formed 3 groups (gold standard negatives, gold standard positives and unknowns) which were the basis of comparison for the two ELISAs
