To quantify the systematic variation of epigenomic features at the domain level, we performed PCAs on the megabase-window signal of the H3K9me3 and H3K27me3 heterochromatin marks, RT, DHS, and Hi-C compartments. Here, we provide the PC rotation matrix (window weigths across the 1 Mb windows) and the PC matrix (exposures across the different samples) for each of these epigenomic features.<br>
