ThunderSTORM_Results_XZ.csv

This data is a csv datatype file containing the ThunderSTORM[1] results file obtained from analyzing the SimualtedData_XZ.tiff file contained within this collection.The ThunderSTORM parameters were set to the default parameters, with changes only made to the pixel size, which was set to 1 to deal with the anisotropic pixel size, as well as the fitting method, which was set to Maximum Likelihood Estimation to maximize the accuracy.[1] Ovesný, M. et al.
