Effectiveness of monitoring PT, APTT, and TT indexes in guiding early rehabilitation training for patients after tibial fracture surgery

A retrospective study was conducted, including 168 patients with tibial fractures who were treated at our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022. Based on the treatment outcomes, the patients were divided into two groups: the good rehabilitation group and the poor rehabilitation group. Patient data including age, gender, body mass index, Schatzker classification, operation time, blood loss, PT, APTT, and TT were collected, and a univariate analysis was conducted to compare the differences between the two groups. ROC curve analysis was performed to determine the optimal cut-off value for the variables. Subsequently, a multivariable logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify independent risk factors. Based on these factors, a nomogram prediction model was constructed.
