R3PACK WP4 Dataset T4.5 - Shelf-life simulation results for snack products

Results of a series of shelf-life simulations for different snach products studied within the R3PACK project. The "Overview" tab contains an overview of the simulation conditions (packaging properties, storage conditions) for each simulation. Each of the other tabs contains the simulation results for the respective conditions with labeled columns. The simulations are the results of the application of the Fraunhofer IVV Shelf-Life Modelling tool IVVSL.
