Processed data for a single-nucleus RNA-seq atlas of the humpback grouper intestine

This dataset contains processed single-nucleus RNA-seq resources for the humpback grouper (Cromileptes altivelis) intestine across dietary supplementation conditions. The archive includes per-nucleus metadata, UMAP coordinates, sample metadata, cluster annotation summaries, marker-gene tables, figure source data, final figure files, and Seurat objects for the global intestinal atlas and immune-cell reclustering. Raw sequencing data and 10x Genomics count matrices are available from GEO under accession GSE326285.
