User example data for MRINavigator.jl

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) dataset acquired on a cervical spine phanthom, also including a simulated respiratory belt recording. MRINavigator.jl is an open-source julia package offering navigator-based correction pipelines for dynamic field fluctuations in gradient echo sequences. The package is optimized for spinal cord imaging but could be used for other imaging targets.
