RNAseq analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana shoots and roots exposed to volatile organic compounds from the fungal root pathogen Rhizoctonia solani. Plant whole-genome transcriptome was analyzed to investigate the impact of fungal volatiles on plant growth and resistance.
