It is now possible to take the Namur cable car from Place Maurice Servais in the heart of the city or from the Esplanade de la Citadelle. The cable car crosses the Sambre and overlooks the ramparts of the Citadel to land 650 metres further, at a peak of 103 m. A journey of about 3-4 minutes that will transport citizens, suspended between heaven and earth.
