Genomic and transcriptomic research of Gastrodia elata

Our study provides a detailed exploration of the molecular evolution, symbiotic mechanisms, and agronomic challenges associated with Gastrodia.Our research encompasses whole-genome sequencing, assembly, and annotation of the Gastrodia elata, along with resequencing of six different phenotypic variants. Additionally, our transcriptomic analysis across different developmental stages and color variants has unearthed significant gene expression data that helps in understanding the genetic dynamics within these species.
