Spherically symmetric counterflow turbulence in open geometry

The data in Fig. 4 are in LT<temperature in mK>.txt files. Figure 4 can be recreated using the Figure4.py python script. The transient data are in the buildup_<settings> and decay_<settings> files, where <settings> is <temperature>_<heater voltage>. Buildup and decay files with the same settings are identical, only the time axis is shifted so that zero is at at the time when the heater was switched on or off, respectively.
