Single-nucleus RNA sequencing of cortical tissue from transgenic mice with neuron-specific SEC61A1 overexpression

SEC61A1 plays a crucial role in protein translocation and ER homeostasis. To investigate its cell-type-specific effects on gene expression in neurons, we performed single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) on cortical tissue from transgenic mice with neuron-specific SEC61A1 overexpression. This dataset provides high-resolution insights into the transcriptomic changes associated with SEC61A1 overexpression at the single-cell level, with a particular focus on its impact on neurons, microglia, astrocytes, oligodendrocytes, and endothelial cells.
