Grazing abandonment in Iceland: unearthing the consequences for root biomass and community-level root functional traits: Dataset and analysis script

This repository contains the datasets and data analysis script used in the article 'Grazing abandonment in Iceland: unearthing the consequences for root biomass and community-level root functional traits'. metadata and software version control are provided in separate files. The markdown file 'log.rmd' contains metainformation about the collected and used data as well as explanations of each variable in each of the .csv files. The file 'version control.lock' contains information of all software and software package versions in the R environment used in the study. The related article is not yet published.
