It is a web-based map service (Web Map Service, WMS), which provides access to the Sea Surveying Database (SVDB) of the Geodesy, Sea Surveying, Wreck Search Unit (N1) of the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Office (BSH). The BSH maritime surveying service provides processed and quality-tested basic geodata of the seabed topography.
