Frequencies of the VDR haplotypes are marginally different from Table 2 as these have been calculated from the reconstructed haplotypes based on SHEsis program to study interaction with predisposing HLA alleles, whereas Table 2 shows the frequencies as calculated by SHEsis analysis.
