Clavispora lusitaniae CF patient A Population Isolates: Genome and transcriptome profiling. Clavispora lusitaniae

Analysis of Candida (Clavispora) lusitaniae populations from the lungs of Subject A, an individual with cystic fibrosis (CF), to explore genotypic and phenotypic heterogeneity across regions of the lung and between timepoints. A combination of pooled and single isolate genome sequencing and transcriptional profiling was applied to study the heterogeneity of this community and the isolates.
