Read IDs for: orthologous microsatellites, transposable elements, and DNA deletions correlate with generation time and body mass in neoavian birds

This dataset consists of gzipped txt files of Illumina sequencing read IDs produced by B10K project Phase II, which are reused in the study "orthologous microsatellites, transposable elements, and DNA deletions correlate with generation time and body mass in neoavian birds". For each species, reads of about 20X coverage were extracted for identification of orthologous microsatellites.
