In situ RNA sequencing of the juvenile, adult and diseased pancreas

This dataset contains the X,Y coordinates of each mRNA spot detected via in situ sequencing for five different human pancreatic samples (preprocessing performed by Cartana). We include a metadata table specifying the sex and age of the donor and the pancreas location of the tissue. We also include a list of the genes targeted in these experiments. Lastly, we include nuclear staining (DAPI) images of the five samples.
