dCas9 activation of RP11-326A19.4 phase 2

Transfection experiments aimed at understanding the impact of upregulating lncRNA RP11-326A19.4 on the transcriptome; follow-up of GSE132451 HEK293T cells were transfected with CRISPRa (dCas9-VPR) alongside either 2 gRNA expression constructs targeting the promoter region (CG4:-334 and CG6:-505 relative to TSS) of a lncRNA (RP11-326A19.4) or tracrRNA only for 48 h. Sample RNAs were then analyzed on human HuGene-2_0-ST (Affymetrix).
