Úa-FESOM Predicted Present Day Ice Shelf Basal Melt Rates and Ice Sheet/Ice Shelf Thickness Trends

This dataset contains modeled Antarctic ice shelf basal melt rates (ab) at the beginning of the coupled simulation (1979), mean ice thickness trends (dhdt) over 39 years (1979-2018) and three grounding line positions, relating to the initial state, the beginning of the coupled simulation (1979, after ice model relaxation to ocean model melt rates) and the end of the coupled simulation (2018). Some example plots from this data are shown in Figure 11 in Richter et al. (2024).
