Experience of Physical Rehabilitation Among Individuals with Brain Injury: A Scoping Review

This scoping review explores the experiences of individuals with brain injury during the course of physical rehabilitation, drawing insights from a diverse range of qualitative studies. Through a thematic synthesis of existing literature, the study aims to identify and analyze how patients perceive and navigate the rehabilitation process. It seeks to uncover recurring themes related to perceived challenges, the effectiveness of interventions, and the emotional and psychological responses that emerge throughout recovery. In doing so, the review addresses notable gaps in the current body of research and highlights areas requiring further scholarly attention. Ultimately, by centering the voices of those directly affected, this study contributes to the advancement of patient-centered rehabilitation practices and offers evidence-informed recommendations for enhancing care delivery contexts.本范围综述（scoping review）旨在探究脑损伤患者在物理康复（physical rehabilitation）疗程中的经历，从多元质性研究（qualitative studies）中汲取研究洞见。本研究通过对现有文献开展主题综合分析，旨在识别并分析患者对康复进程的感知与应对方式；同时致力于挖掘与感知到的康复挑战、干预措施有效性，以及康复全程中产生的情绪与心理反应相关的重复性主题。借此，本综述弥补了当前研究体系中显著存在的研究空白，并点明了有待学界进一步关注的研究方向。最终，本研究以直接受影响群体的心声为核心，助力以患者为中心的康复（patient-centered rehabilitation）实践发展，并为优化医疗照护服务场景提供了循证（evidence-informed）建议。
