资源简介:
Data corresponding to time series on body temperature, respiratory rate, environmental (room) temperature, environmental (room) humidity, tonic immobility, behavior, body weight, feed intake, weight of droppings and egg laying are presented as raw data in 10 excel files.
The headers of the columns represent the variable analyzed for each animal (rows). The first 6 columns prior to variable records correspond to animal identification, treatment group and sampling points. In the first column the animal identification number is stated, and in the second one the cage identification number in which two females were allocated is indicated. In the third and fourth columns the diet supplied (BASAL: basal diet; THY: basal diet supplemented with 6.25 g of thymol/kg of feed) and environmental temperature (NHS: standard environmental temperature of 23 °C; HS: increased environmental temperature of 34 °C between 8 h to 17h) to which females were subjected are stated, respectively. The fifth column indicates the sampling day (-7, -6: seven and six days before experimental treatment began; 0: the day experimental treatment began; 1, 3, 4, 7, 8: one, three, four, seven and eight days after experimental treatment began) and the sixth the hour of sampling within a given day (from 8-19h depending on the variable). Table Fernandez et al. 2020 Puntual Event Behavior has a seventh column before variables evaluated that indicates the time within the five minute sampling in which the behavior was recorded (i.e. sampling points within a 5 minute period).
