The data set in Excel file format, covers unprocessed, unonymised data, on consumer attitudes towards foods with nutrients recovered from the side-stream. Data collection: A cross-national Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI) survey was conducted within the Up4Food project between 1st and 21st of October 2025. The sample comprised 5,077 adults: Poland (n = 1,003), Ireland (n = 1,000), France (n = 1,020), Norway (n = 1,003), and Romania (n = 1,051). Total sample: 5077.Language: English.
