Bacillus velezensis 83 transcriptional response during cocultivation with Colletotrichum gloeosporioides

To study microbial interaction effect on transcriptomic profile of B. velezensis 83, a comparative gene expression profiling analysis was performed. We performed the gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of four different conditions: B.velezensis 83 cells in axenic and coculture (interaction with C. gloeosporioides) condition at two time points.
