Additional file 2:Genes differentially expressed between the G+ and G- chickens generated from the F2FL population. Results were expressed as G+ to G- ratio of the gene expression. The p value of each gene was corrected according to the Benjamini-Hochberg method controlling the False Discovery Rate [40].
