Environmental Stenotrophomonas sepilia Genome sequencing and assembly

Environmental isolates can show antibiotic resistance like Multi Drug Resistance (MDR) and extended-spectrum beta-lactamases. The objective of this studies to genetic determination of antibiotic genes among the isolates from different origin of sources(agricultural soil, natural soil, and water) showing different antibiotic resistance profiles. For this purpose, we selected five environmentally different isolates, isolated from plant rhizospheric soil, agricultural soil, and water used for irrigation.
