The dataset consists of two pdfs, one each of HSP70 and HSP90. The phylogenetic tree constructed from amino acid sequences of HSP70 is composed of 715 species of which 111 are gram-positive bacteria, 245 are gram-negative bacteria, 78 are fungi, 57 belong to plantae and 224 belong to animalia. The tree is divided into 23 regions to obtain high resolution display of the branches. The species belonging to the following groups are present in each region: (1) Fungi; (2) Gram-positive bacteria; (3) Gram-negative bacteria; (4) Plantae; (5) Gram-negative bacteria; (6) Gram-positive bacteria; (7) Gram-negative bacteria; (8) Gram-positive bacteria; (9) Gram-negative bacteria; (10) Fungi; (11) Plantae; (12-13) Gram-negative bacteria; (14) Fungi; (15) Plantae; (16) Animalia; (17) Plantae; (18) Fungi; (19-22) Animalia and (23) Plantae. The phylogenetic tree constructed from amino acid sequences of HSP90 is comprised of 1261 species, of which 164 are gram-positive bacteria, 730 are gram-negative bacteria, 100 belong to fungi, 35 and 232 belong to plantae and animalia, respectively. The tree is divided into 30 regions to obtain high resolution display of the branches. Species that belong to the following groups are present in each region: (1) Fungi; (2) Gram-positive bacteria; (3) Gram-negative bacteria; (4) Gram-positive bacteria; (5) Gram-negative bacteria (Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae), gram-positive bacteria; (6-7) Gram-negative bacteria; (8) Gram-positive bacteria; (9-10) Gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria (Streptococcus pneumoniae); (11-12) Gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria (Mycobacteroides abscessus); (13) Gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria (Mumia flava); (14-15) Gram-negative bacteria; (16) Gram-positive bacteria; (17) Gram-negative bacteria; (18) Gram-positive bacteria; (19-21) Gram-negative bacteria; (22) Gram-positive bacteria (Zhaonella formicivorans), gram-negative bacteria; (23) Fungi; (24) Plantae; (25) Fungi; (26) Plantae and (27-30) Animalia, fungi (Sporothrix schenckii).
