Flooding Areas (ÜSG)

The digital data represent the current flood zones. Flood zones are to be distinguished according to the Ordinance (RVO), in accordance with provisional safeguards (VS) and flood zones defined under previous law, also referred to as transferred decisions (BK). ATTENTION: Due to the continuous updating of the topographic basic maps, there may be small shifts in the flood area to topographic objects. The decisive factor is always the presentation in the original card of the respective ordinance. This is laid down in the competent lower water authority of the Landratamt as well as in the Upper Water Authority (TLUBN Jena).
