Chinese summaryIn this experiment, the peripheral blood of healthy volunteers who were vaccinated with inactivated rabies vaccine after exposure was collected, and the antibody level of rabies virus in plasma was detected before vaccination and one year after the last vaccination. The B cell receptor heavy chain was compared before vaccination, 7-14 days after the last vaccination, six months after the last vaccination, and one year after the last vaccination. The possible mechanism of the long-term existence of neutralizing antibodies after inactivated rabies vaccine is explored. This paper provides new ideas for the response mechanism of B cells and T cells after inactivation of rabies vaccine and the prevention of rabies virus (RABV) infection, and shares the basic data of CDR3 receptor library to the public database.
