The city area feature class represents polygon locations for all recognized cities across the state of Idaho. Information regarding district headquarters and county seat designations are marked. Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) codes are provided for all cities and their county which help identify locations for analytical purposes. City area is updated on an annual basis.
