Emmy Noether: canonical working German corpus and multilingual translations

German source-restoration ED0015. Start with 10-de.pdf or 20-de.tex; canon-r36.zip contains the exact reader, editable source, evidence, replay tools, provenance, and rights boundary. ED0015 changes exactly three Paper 45 tokens relative to ED0014: two d(y) forms become d_i(y), and one f(0,y) becomes f_i(0,y). The overloaded uppercase P and h_i y^(K) are explicit KEEP decisions. Three deterministic two-pass builds agree byte-for-byte; the 466-page PDF changes only page 460 and focused visual QA passes. This is a working source restoration, not an official or peer-reviewed critical edition; external human/community review is absent. No translation bytes or language review/status labels change. The project is independent and non-endorsed. No blanket public-domain/open-license claim is made: the inherited CC0 field applies only to project-created metadata/packaging to the extent rights are held; underlying works and third-party evidence retain their own rights and provenance.
