Thermodynamic parameters.

For Arc-nanobody assays, four replicates were analyzed (n = 4); the mean best-fit values ± SEM of their thermodynamic binding properties are displayed. For the P1/P2-Arc-NL assays and the displacement assays, single high-quality replicates were taken. For each individual replicate, the binding affinity and enthalpy are shown alongside their 68.3% CI (± σ), as they are measures directly calculated from the experimental thermograms by SEDPHAT [67].
