Sequences of Arabidopsis microbial communities following initial inoculation with a Streptomyces and a subsequent inoculation with either no bacteria, a bacterial synthetic community, or a soil slurry. Testing the effects of Streptomyces inoculation on community assembly using different complexities of subsequent inoculum. The relevance being what impact a Streptomyces has on what microbial community is able to assembly within a plant microbiome.
