The Danish Utility Regulator's decision database

The decision database is the place where the Danish Utility Regulator publishes its decisions and declarations from 1 April 2022. In the decision database you will also find the Danish Utility Regulator's previously published decisions dated back to the establishment of the supervision on 1 July 2018. In the decision database you will also find a wide selection of the Danish Energy Regulatory Authority's published decisions. The Danish Energy Regulatory Authority was established in 1976 and all its tasks transferred to the Danish Utility Regulator on 1 July 2018. The Decision Database does not currently constitute an exhaustive historical collection of Decisions of the Danish Energy Regulatory Authority. The oldest decisions in the database date from 1991, but The vast majority of the documents are from after the year 2000.
