Repository which contains example unprocessed, and partially processed data for use with the code found at https://zenodo.org/doi/10.5281/zenodo.10677095 (asyn_hsp70_Ch5). This data pertains to the analysis of TIRF microscopy data which visualises the binding of fluorescently-labelled chaperones to alpha-synuclein fibrils. It can be downloaded using scripts within the associated repository and used to explore the analysis workflow described there.
