Fin whale photo-identification catalogue, recapture sheets, and analysis outputs from the Strait of Gibraltar (2012–2025)

This deposit contains fin whale photo-identification materials and analysis outputs for the Strait of Gibraltar catalogue (2012–2025). Catalog_Bp_SG_2012_2025.pdf provides individual identification sheets summarising diagnostic dorsal-fin and body features. Recaptures_Bp_SG_Denia_Garraf_Algarve.pdf provides cross-catalogue recapture/matching sheets documenting confirmed inter-catalogue matches. Espada_Data.xlsx contains the primary compiled dataset (per-individual catalogue traits and event-level recapture/detection metadata), and PhotoID_Outputs_Zenodo_Package.zip contains the processed outputs (summary tables and model results) used in the manuscript.
