This dataset presents a spectral-geometric characterization of all 118 chemical elements (Z = 1–118) within the operator-geometric framework developed by O. Bortnikov. For each element, nine computed parameters are provided: spectral curvature (κ), geometric gap (S_geom), electronic gap (S_electron), spectral parameter (T), distribution skewness, bandwidth (eV), anisotropy index, 2D cross-section (σ_2D), 3D cross-section (σ_3D), and the 3D/2D ratio. Elements are classified by crystal structure (FCC, BCC, HCP, diamond, SC) and electronic type (metal, semiconductor, insulator, noble gas, nonmetal). The dataset is delivered as an interactive HTML periodic table with metric-switchable color mapping and element-level tooltips. A Spearman correlation of ρ = 0.741 is observed between the computed spectral parameter T and experimentally known band gaps.
