We aimed to understand the changes in H3K79me2 deposition upon monoallelic DOT1L loss in cortical nuclei from 10 week old mice. Overall design: Control and DOT1L HET cortical nuclei were isolated from 10-week-old mice. DOT1L HET mice were heterozygous for floxed DOT1L and both Controls and DOT1L HET were heterozygous for CMV-cre (Strain #:006054). Cortical nuclei were isolated and prepared using the TruSeq ChIP Library Preparation Kit. (n = 4 biological replicates per genotype, 2 male mice and 2 female mice)
