资源简介：
A 3 mm thick para-sagittal slice of L2 vertebra from an 24 year old female embedded in PMMA then micro-milled block surfaces carbon coated for quantitative 20kV BSE SEM.
Later polished to remove coating and then imaged with high-contrast X-Ray Micro-tomography at 90 kV with 30 micron voxel size.
