The value of time in one-off and repeated setup

This data were collected in an experiment described in the paper "The value of time in one-off and repeated setup" by Renata Kosíková, Ondřej Krčál and Stephanie Peer. The main variables include Switch (1-20), which is the line of the MPL at which participants choose to wait and Treatment (O = One-off; R = Repeated). All the variables and are described in the attached replication code.
