Translation control by altered start codon usage as a means of modulating the general stress response and virulence in Listeria monocytogenes.

This dataset includes a tabular formatted files for each gene in EGD-e genome that was identified as conserved across 60,690 Listeria genome seqeunces available from NCBI database. In each file, each etnry provides the coding sequence and in silico translated amino acid sequence from a genome sequence and the MLST classification of this genome.
