Dynamic structural remodeling is crucial for RNA function and regulation. However, the mechanisms underlying stimuli-induced dynamic structural remodeling of RNAs for the maintenance of cellular physiological function and survival remain unclear. We performed SHAPE-seq to investigate the structure of chemoresistance-related LINC01956 in glioblastoma cells with or without TMZ treatment.
