Solid US Jobs National Data
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains current and historic releases of the Bureau of Labor Statistics Common Employment Statistics (BLS-CES) national estimates. The program produces detailed industry estimates of nonfarm employment, hours, and earnings of workers on payrolls. Each month, CES surveys approximately 119,000 businesses and government agencies, representing approximately 622,000 individual worksites.

The jobs report provides one of the most closely watched indicators of labor market conditions in the United States. All series published by the BLS are included. They are organized by industry using the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) and capture multiple measures, including total nonfarm employment, production and nonsupervisory employment, average weekly hours, average hourly earnings, and aggregate payroll metrics.

This dataset contains the original series and data tables as published by the bureau. Each new release is added to this dataset and contains the full historical series data. Because recent and preliminary data points are routinely revised and overwritten in subsequent publications, the dataset also preserves the original state of each release.

In addition to change-tracking, this enables true point-in-time analysis of how the economic situation appeared at the time of release, and supports backtesting of economic and financial models without look-ahead bias.

## What's included: **Base Tables** containing the latest and historic releases of U.S. employment data. **Views** for providing easy access to the latest release and denormalized data **Semantic View** for easy integration into your data models **AI Agent** to conversationally query this dataset: - What is the total employment in the healthcare industry over the last 5 years? - Which supersector had the highest employment growth last month? - Show me month-over-month changes in total nonfarm employment over the past year. - Summarize which data has changed over the last two releases.

Source: [https://www.bls.gov/ces/](https://www.bls.gov/ces/)
