PRDX6 and SLC6A9: Key Molecular Players in Intracerebral Hemorrhage - Induced White Matter Lesions

ICH - related WML has complex molecular mechanisms. By using MR and scRNA - seq, we explored PRDX6 and SLC6A9. MR identified PRDX6 as high - risk and SLC6A9 as low - risk genes. ScRNA - seq verified their cell - specific expression in brain tissues. PRDX6 was in dendritic and NK/T cells, SLC6A9 in microglia. Functional analyses showed their roles in different pathways. Our study reveals important molecular regulators for ICH - induced WML.
