Phages isolated from the human gut environment

These are eight lysogenic phage genomes sequenced from phages isolated from the human gut. There are 16 files in all - eight unannotated FASTA files and eight annotated GBK files. Each of the six SPI phage genomes have been reoriented and reordered to have the large terminase submit as the first gene. The two ph genomes reflect the order and orientation of the genes after integration, so these two genomes start and end with flanking E. coli host genes.
