Lipidome and transcriptome analysis were applied to analyze the responses of membrane lipids to drought stress in two sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) cultivars, drought-sensitive cv. Hongyingzi and drought-tolerant cv. Kangsi.
